美、印合作推動環境永續發展計畫美國政府近日承諾提撥45,000萬美元資助印尼推動環境永續、因應氣候變遷等相關工作。該基金主要用於推動環境永續與經濟成長房屋買賣雙贏、輔導沿海村落及漁業轉型、強化氣候變遷政策、熱帶雨林存續、低污染發展策略(SOLUSI)及改善空氣品質等計畫。對於輔導沿海村落及漁業轉型計畫，美方承室內裝潢諾五年內資助至少4,000萬美元予保護珊瑚礁、漁業及糧食安全的珊瑚三角區行動(CTI)；兩國同意五年內投入3,500萬美元改善印尼漁業及沿海管理現況。（摘譯自租屋網INFOFISH Trade News, No. 22/2011，1 Dec. 2011）US$450 MILLION FUNDS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT CO-OPERATIONThe US government recently pledged 烤肉to set aside US$450 million for environmental and climatechange co-operation with Indonesia.
